Here is an interesting site that explains how your milk is processed. I'm sure glad we have our own REAL MILK.

Hey I was looking for a raw milk source because and my wife are thinking about moving to KC, and this is a must for us. We use quite a bit of raw milk now because I have access to it from a farmer friend. Milk, Keifer, yoghurt, cheese etc. mm mm! So I wanted to see how much you charge for a gallon. How far would you be from KC also. Thanks!-Jacob
