CHICKENS

Our neighbor now raises the chickens.  They are free range and will weigh about 4.5 pounds.   You decide how many, and email Virginia Toole @ raetdy@aol.com.

“DIRT” HOGS"

I have several sources for buying “dirt” hogs.  We sell either a half or the whole hog.  The price is determined the day I buy the hog based on the daily market price.   We take them to the processor and provide you with their phone number.  You  must call and provide the directions on how you want it processed.  I will send you an invoice for the cost of the hog (you pay me for the hog), and you pay the processor for the processing when you pick up the meat.

MILK

We have a limited supply of raw A2 milk.  We only add new customers if we can accommodate your weekly needs.  Our milk is raw, not pasteurized and we use no hormones.  Our milk cows are on grass exclusively and are milked only once a day.  Our milk is a seasonal food; that means that if there is no grass (Winter) then there is no milk  The cost for a gallon of our A2 milk is $8/gallon.  We price our milk to track closely with our local grocery stores “organic” milk.

EGGS
